Renewal is an investment for the future.

As implementers we proceed in three steps:

Phase I: Analysis

Phase II: Decision

Phase III : Implementation

Phase I: Analysis

This phase answers the following questions:
  • Are all existing resources managed effectively?
  • Where is the under-utilized potential?
  • How can that be financially quantified?
  • Is it possible to convert this defined potential in a pragmatic and operational way?
  • What is the cost involved in helping you achieve this?
  • Can our organizations work together successfully?

Phase II: Decision

Our proposal contains a detailed project plan, which includes:
  • agreed objects of the project
  • detailed progress steps and timing
  • quantified improvement potential
  • measurement criteria
  • specific milestones
  • project costs

Phase III: Implementation

Right after the Analysis, we begin to implement the identified potential. It is vital to build on the positive momentum which is created by the Analysis.
The following three aspects are important:
  • Operational execution
  • A partnership of co-operation
  • Financial feasibility
